Your Presenter:  With over 14 years’ experience in Human Resources, Maria provides advice to a diverse range of industries including Engineering, Aged Care, Retails, Resources and Construction. Specialised areas include legislation and compliance, policies and procedures, strategic recruitment, interviewing skills for line managers, managing people performance and development, mediation and conflict management. Maria has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in HR Management and Accountancy and an Industrial Relations Masterclass graduate.
